The building runs the full length of a wide-span vaulted nave, with original dark timber trusses overhead and a corrugated iron roof that diffuses and softens natural light throughout the day. Whitewashed brick walls line both sides, punctuated by tall clerestory windows set high enough to flood the floor with even, workable light. A circular porthole window centres perfectly at the far end.

Structural steel columns in industrial blue and gold run the length of the space in perfect symmetry, creating strong graphic lines that reward wide-angle coverage. The floor area is substantial and completely clear — more than enough for large crew, equipment staging, vehicle access, set builds, or complex multi-camera configurations. A separate side annexe provides additional prep, wardrobe, or production office space. Vehicle access is available through the main rear doors.
